Weddings
"To have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness or in health, to love and to cherish 'till death do us part."
Been to a number of weddings in 07/08 and I have to say I enjoy attending wedding dinners. Besides just having a meal at an upper end hotel, or getting to check the guests out, the free flow of booze etc. Less the relatives asking the same questions each time they see you "oh, when would it be your turn?"
What I find most beautiful would be the couple entering the ballroom. It somehow feels like a happily ever after ending. Something we all yearn for. I guess through the many ceremonies I attended (and I hope all of you share my sentiments) such happy occasion would rekindle the hope in us.
Hope is what keeps us going on, isn't it?
